Two years since its 2023 launch, Atomic Heart has surpassed 10 million players.

While this figure represents players rather than direct sales, it marks a significant milestone for the title.

Available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, developer Mundfish noted that Atomic Heart "took the world by surprise as a breakout AAA debut from a new studio," establishing "a new standard for visual and cinematic quality in the FPS genre." The game received over 60 "best of the year" awards and has since launched three narrative DLC expansions, with another currently in development.

Released in February 2023, Atomic Heart is a first-person adventure shooter set in an alternate-history version of the Soviet Union's peak. The game earned an 8/10 in our review, where we stated: "Atomic Heart is a highly imaginative, atompunk-inspired endeavor that aims to carry forward the legacy of games like BioShock. Despite some missteps, it demonstrates remarkable ambition and punches well above its weight."

Mundfish is now launching Mundfish Powerhouse, a new games support service designed to assist developers and investors in bringing exceptional projects to market.
