This means players won't be pressured into in-app purchases to progress. The game promises a more traditional, accessible experience.

Beyond the absence of gacha, the announcement highlights offline playability, eliminating the need to own the mobile version. The official website teases "New protagonists and an original story await in Lantarna," suggesting a shared world but independent narrative and characters.
