Svara (Svarka) is an engaging card game played with a deck of 32 cards, ranging from 7 to Ace. It can be enjoyed by a minimum of two players, and the game boasts a total of 4960 possible combinations.
Rules
Each player is dealt three cards in a clockwise direction. Each card combination carries a specific numerical value, and the player with the highest points wins the round.
The point values are calculated according to the following rules:
- Cards from 7 to 9 give 7 to 9 points, respectively.
- Cards 10, J, Q, K each give 10 points.
- Aces give 11 points.
- Cards of the same suit sum their points. For example, Q♦, K♦, and 10♠ total 20 points, while 10♠, 8♠, and K♥ total 18 points.
- Aces can be combined regardless of suit; two Aces are worth 22 points, and three Aces are worth 33 points.
- The 7♣, known as "Ceco Jonchev, Chechak, Chotora, Shpoka, or Yoncho," can be combined with any other card to give 11 points.
- Three 7s give 34 points, making it the strongest combination in the game.
- Three of a kind combinations are valued at three times the lead card's points. For example, three 8s are worth 24 points (3x8), and three Queens are worth 30 points (3x10).

- 7♥, 9♦, 9♣ total 9 points (the worst hand).
- 10♠, 10♦, 10♣ total 30 points.
- 8♣, K♥, 9♦ total 10 points.
- K♥, 9♥, Q♣ total 19 points.
- Q♣, Q♥, 9♦ total 10 points.
- A♠, A♦, 10♣ total 22 points.
- 8♠, A♦, 7♣ total 22 points.
- 10♦, 9♦, J♦ total 29 points.
- Q♣, Q♥, Q♦ total 30 points.
- 7♣, K♥, K♦ total 31 points.
- 7♣, A♥, A♦ total 33 points.
- Two 7s, regardless of suit, total 23 points.
Betting
- Before cards are dealt, each player places an ante bet.
- The player to the dealer's left announces their bet. Before seeing their cards, they can place a blind bet.
- If a blind bet is placed, the next player to the left has the option to double it.
- If a player skips the blind bet, no new blind bet can be placed by the next player.
- After cards are dealt, players make their bets.
- If a blind bet is in play, the next player must at least double the bet.
- To see other players' cards, the player who made the blind bet must pay the current bet.
- If a blind bet goes unpaid, the player who placed the last blind bet wins.
- The game is won by the player with the highest points.
- If no blind bet or other bets are made, the dealer wins.
- If two or more players have the same number of points, it results in a SVARA.
- SVARA initiates a new game, including all bets from the previous round.
- Any player can join a SVARA by paying the SVARA join amount.
