Days 1 and 3 will offer Drowsy Power ×1.5, Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×2, and an additional 500 sleep points. Plus, you'll have a higher chance of encountering Clefairy, Clefable, and Cleffa during this period.

Following closely, Pokémon Growth Week Vol. 5 is set to kick off from May 19th to the 26th. During this week, you can earn more Sleep EXP across all areas, with special bonuses like Helper Pokémon Sleep EXP ×1.5. Additionally, the Candies you receive from your first sleep research of the day will be multiplied by ×1.5.
