Title: MindMeld: The Ultimate Card Game of Memory and Strategy
Overview:
MindMeld is an engaging card game that combines elements of memory, strategy, and mind games. Each round challenges players to minimize the value of their cards through a series of strategic actions and special card abilities.
Game Setup:
- At the start of each round, each player is dealt 4 cards, all placed face down.
- At the beginning of each round, players are allowed to peek at their 2 rightmost cards.
Objective:
- The goal is to have the lowest total card value by the end of the round.
Gameplay:
- Cards remain face down throughout the game.
- On your turn, you have three options:
- Replace the Center Card: You can swap one of your cards with the center card.
- Replicate a Card: You can create a duplicate of any card in play.
- Draw a Card: You can draw a new card from the deck. You may then replace one of your cards with the drawn card or discard it.
Special Cards and Actions:
- 7 and 8: Allow you to peek at one of your own cards.
- 9 and 10: Allow you to peek at one card from another player.
- Eye Master Card: Grants the ability to see one card from each other player or two of your own cards.
- Swap Card: Enables you to exchange one of your cards with a card from another player without revealing them.
- Replica Card: Allows you to discard any card from your hand.
Ending a Round:
- A player can call "Skru" to end the round, but this cannot be done within the first three turns.
- After calling "Skru," the player skips their next turn, and the round concludes after all other players have taken one more turn.
- All cards are then revealed, and the player(s) with the lowest total score receive 0 points for the round.
- If a player who called "Skru" does not have the lowest score, their round score is doubled.
