Here's how to play the 101 Okey Vip game offline:

Okey 101 is a multiplayer game played in multiple rounds with four players. The objective is to finish the game with the lowest possible score. The player with the fewest points at the end of all rounds emerges as the winner. Points are calculated based on the numbers on the remaining tiles (e.g., a red 3 equals three points, a black 11 equals 11 points). The game concludes either when no more tiles are left to draw or when a player successfully completes their hand.

Getting Started with the Game:

The game begins with the dealer distributing 21 stones to each player and 22 stones to the player on their right. The remaining stones are placed face down on the table, with one stone turned face up to determine the joker (OKEY piece). The game proceeds counterclockwise, starting with the player to the right of the dealer, who has 22 tiles. This player starts by discarding a tile without drawing one. The next player to the right then takes their turn. On each turn, a player may either draw a tile from the deck or pick up the last discarded tile. If a player's hand totals 101 points, they can open their hand by laying out their arranged sets on the table. If a player cannot lay down a tile, they must end their turn by discarding a tile. Even if a player manages to open their entire hand, they must discard their last tile to complete their turn.

Joker (Okey Stone or Riziko):

The joker (okey stone) changes with each game. Two joker tiles, known as fake jokers, represent the number one higher than the face-up tile. Jokers have a distinct appearance from other tiles. The numbers on real jokers vary depending on the opened tile, and these are represented by 'fake jokers'. For instance, if the indicator piece is a blue 5, the real jokers are the two blue 6s in play, and the fake jokers are valued as blue 6.

Deals and Showing Hands:

To open a hand, you need at least 101 points and must have either 3 or 4 sets of different colors with the same numbers (e.g., black 5, red 5, and blue 5) or a sequential set of numbers of the same color (e.g., red 7, 8, 9). Each set must contain a minimum of 3 stones. To add tiles to existing opened sets, you must first open your hand with a minimum of 101 points. You can open your hand and add to other sets during the same game. If you take a discarded tile, you must use it. If you haven't opened your hand yet, you must open it upon taking this tile, and the tile must be used in one of your sets. If you cannot use the tile to create a set or open your hand, you must return it to its place and draw a tile from the deck. No penalty points are given for this mistake.

Doubles:

Another way to open your hand is by collecting at least five pairs of tiles. A pair consists of two identical stones. If you open your hand with doubles, you cannot open a normal set in the same game. However, you can add tiles to sets opened by other players on the table.
