A release date remains elusive. Considering the development timelines of Witcher 3 (3.5-4 years) and Cyberpunk 2077, and the early stage of Witcher 4's production, a 3-4 year wait is a reasonable expectation.

Platform specifics are yet to be announced, but given the projected timeframe, a current-generation console focus is likely. PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC releases are anticipated.
