Vampire Survivors has just released an exciting new free DLC titled Emerald Diorama, which brings the essence of Square Enix's renowned JRPG series, SaGa, into its universe. This crossover marks the game's most significant update to date, enriching the gameplay with a blend of new content and features.

Emerald Diorama Infuses JRPG Elements into Vampire Survivors

The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a fresh stage designed as a mini world map, offering a world-hopping experience. Players will encounter over a dozen new characters, ranging from puppeteers to those who perform cursed songs, enhancing the narrative and gameplay dynamics.

The update adds more than 16 new weapons and introduces a novel Glimmer system, allowing players to randomly acquire new skills during their runs. Additionally, the game now features nine new music tracks, adding to its atmospheric allure.

To unlock the Emerald Diorama, players should head to Moongolow and interact with a new merchant. Purchasing the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold will allow you to progressively unlock the new content. Furthermore, two new Adventures, which are mini-campaigns with six chapters each, have been added. "To End an Ice Age" is available for the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" expands the new DLC's content.

Simultaneously, Another Free Update Enhances the Base Game

Alongside the Emerald Diorama, the base game has received another free update named The Coop, centered around chickens. This update introduces a new chicken character, Gazebo, along with a new weapon and a relic that accelerates gameplay.

Players can unlock various achievements and access Darkana. Collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens unlocks the full potential of The Coop update. A useful tip: refrain from killing anything for the first minute of play in The Coop to unlock the Gaze of Gaea, which can evolve with Parm Aegis to unlock Gazebo.
