Type: Null, Ultra Beasts Enter Pokemon TCG Pocket's Extradimensional Crisis Expansion

May 23,25

Haven't finished collecting all the cards from the Celestial Guardians Expansion in Pokemon TCG Pocket, which launched just three weeks ago? No worries, because another exciting expansion is already on its way. Introducing the Extradimensional Crisis, set to release on May 29. This expansion brings in the quirky Ultra Beasts and the enigmatic chimera Pokemon, Type: Null, adding a whole new dimension to your collection.

Extradimensional Crisis dives deep into the world of Ultra Beasts, those peculiar alien-like creatures that took center stage in Pokemon Sun and Moon as invaders from another dimension. You can expect to see cards like Buzzwole ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego, and Guzzlord ex. Alongside these, more Alola Pokemon will join the fray, building on those introduced in Celestial Guardians. And with Type: Null making an appearance, its evolution into Silvally is likely on the horizon.

With every new expansion comes fresh cosmetics. Starting May 29, you can snag an Ultra Beast-themed binder cover by exchanging shop tickets. Additionally, from June 11, a floral display board will be available for purchase with event tickets during the upcoming Wonder Pick event.

Pokemon TCG Pocket has been rolling out expansions at a brisk pace since its launch last year. While Extradimensional Crisis is categorized as a minor booster expansion with just one booster pack type, it follows closely on the heels of its predecessors. This marks the seventh expansion overall and the fourth smaller one, following Mythical Island, Triumphant Light, and Shining Revelry. For now, all expansions remain accessible in-game, but keep an eye out as this could change in the future.
