• Whirling Runekey: This key drops from Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn found in the Forgotten Vault's southernmost chamber only during a Storm event.

• Torrential Runekey: Collect seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren's Isle while a Storm is active.

• Thunderous Runekey: Gather five Thunderous Fragments from chests located throughout Siren's Isle. Unlike the other fragments, these chests aren't restricted to Storm phases.

• Cyclonic Runekey: This can be obtained through fishing anywhere on Siren's Isle during a Storm, or as a potential drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in the Deadfin Mire.

• Turbulent Runekey: Requires locating three Turbulent Fragments at specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:

  • Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
  • Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone (where a cowering ghost resides).
  • Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave (a ghost offers the fragment).

The Final Ritual:
