The Brain Scorcher: Accessing the Locked Warehouse in Stalker 2
The Brain Scorcher, a memorable location from the Stalker series, makes a return in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. This guide details how to bypass the locked warehouse door guarding a Tamper-Proof Stash.
Locate the warehouse: Find the Brain Scorcher in the northern Malachite region. The Tamper-Proof Stash, marked on your map, will lead you to the warehouse with the locked door. Note that the locked door isn't the intended entrance.
Accessing the Warehouse:
- Circle the warehouse to the left, ascending the orange stairs to reach stacked boxes.
- Utilize the boxes to leap over the containers to the right, progressing to the next container cluster.
- Jump over the crane on your right, proceeding to its end.
- Drop down onto the containers below and follow the winding path to the rear warehouse opening.
Navigating the Interior:
Inside, be cautious of trip mines. Carefully disarm them as you approach the Tamper-Proof Stash.
Looting the Stash and Exiting:
The Tamper-Proof Stash (a large, already unlocked safe) contains valuable supplies: ammo, medkits, and other consumables.
To unlock the main warehouse door:
- From the power panel, proceed to the right and locate a generator amongst some boxes. Activate the generator to restore power.
- Return to the power panel near the entrance and flip the switch. This will open the locked door, allowing your exit.
