Following the epic Dark Phoenix saga, Kabam has rolled out an exciting new update for Marvel Contest of Champions, introducing Spider-Woman and the first Eidol Champion of 2025, Lumatrix. This update brings a wave of new content, including quests, special events, and the latest chapter of Act 9.2, all packed with valuable rewards for eager players.

Spider-Woman swings into action on April 17th, leveraging her spider-enhanced abilities and espionage skills to enhance The Contest. On the other hand, Lumatrix, a dazzling yet deadly assassin created by The Founders, makes their debut on April 9th. To add Lumatrix to your roster, you'll need to gather Light Essence from Battlegrounds, Saga Incursions, and Raids, with the event running until June 4th.

Lumatrix isn't just about flashy style; their ability to manipulate light hides a lethal intent. Meanwhile, the new Spy Games quest, running from March 9th to May 7th, involves Black Widow teaming up with Spider-Woman to delve into the mysteries surrounding the Eidols. This espionage-filled adventure promises danger and deceit at every turn as the duo seeks to uncover the truth behind Lumatrix's sinister light show.

Deadpool adds his unique flair to the update with Red & Dead's Discount Shed, available from April 25th to May 2nd. Convinced by Red Guardian, Deadpool offers a trove of special rewards, including event currency, crystals, and bonuses. Following this, from May 7th to 14th, the Heart of Fire Sale presents an opportunity to snag valuable Champions and rewards through Heart of Fire crystals.

Later this month, the Thunderbolts Daily Super Event will shake things up from April 18th through May 2nd. By achieving milestones, you can earn Poolshields, which can then be exchanged for rewards during Red & Dead's Discount Shed. Additionally, daily supply drops will be available from April 25th to May 23rd, encouraging regular logins for more free rewards.
