Radiangames is set to thrill racing game enthusiasts with the announcement of Speed Demons 2, a side-scrolling highway racer that echoes the high-octane excitement of the classic Burnout series. Originally launched as a mobile game, the sequel is now in development for PC and is slated for release later this year.
In a unique twist on traditional racing mechanics, the developers have stated, "The controls are focused on movement, not steering. You'll still have gas, brake, and turbo (or ability) buttons, but you move the analog stick (or mouse) up and down to control your vehicle's direction." This innovative approach, according to the team, is "immediately intuitive once you start playing," promising a fresh take on the genre.

Speed Demons 2 will feature an impressive lineup of ten game modes, some of which draw direct inspiration from Burnout.
