Given Premium includes all Extra features plus classic games, game trials, and cloud streaming, Premium is the better value at this price point. However, remember to disable auto-renewal to avoid a higher price after the discount period ends. This offer excludes users with active memberships; canceling your current subscription won't make you eligible. If your current subscription expires after February 24th, this deal won't apply.

The offer is limited to North America and specific European countries, excluding the UK and other regions. The Essential tier is also excluded, continuing Sony's trend of prioritizing higher-tier discounts. Essential members can upgrade at a prorated rate, but there's no direct discount on 12-month Essential subscriptions.

This discount coincides with the February PlayStation Plus Game Catalog reveal, featuring titles like Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Top Spin 2K25, and Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 1. Premium members also gain access to classic games such as Patapon 3 and Dropship: United Peace Force.
