Simultaneous Potion Maximization in Hogwarts Legacy Unlocked

This Hogwarts Legacy guide explains how to use potions simultaneously, a key step in Professor Sharp's Assignment 1. This quest, received after completing the Jackdaw's Rest main story mission, requires players to use a Focus Potion, then simultaneously use Maxima and Edurus Potions. The reward for completion is the Depulso spell.

Completing Professor Sharp's Assignment 1 unlocks the Depulso spell, which forcefully repels objects and enemies. While not directly damaging, it can be used to launch enemies into each other or manipulate objects.

Using Potions Simultaneously

To use Maxima and Edurus Potions simultaneously:

Open your Tool Wheel by holding down L1/LB.
Select a potion, then release L1/LB to equip it.
Drink the equipped potion by pressing L1/LB (do not hold).
Once the first potion's effect begins, quickly repeat steps 2 and 3 for the second potion.

The game will register both potions as active concurrently, fulfilling the quest requirement.
