Pokemon TCG Pocket's Blastoise Wonder Pick event continues! Part two is now live, bringing fresh cosmetic goodies to the in-game shop.

This latest update introduces a suite of Blastoise-themed items: a stylish Blastoise icon, a collectible coin, themed card sleeves, and a vibrant Blue and Blastoise playmat. These items, alongside the usual Shinedust exchange, are available for purchase using event tickets. Remember, while the shop remains open until January 28th, the event itself concludes on January 22nd, meaning no more tickets will be distributed after that date. So, daily logins are key to grabbing everything!

Following a busy holiday season filled with generous login bonuses, the event pace has slowed. Many players have completed the Mythical Island booster packs and anticipate the next expansion, rumored for late January. The confirmation that Pack Hourglasses carry over to future expansions has prompted many to stockpile them.

The Blastoise event provides a welcome distraction. Part one, which started January 6th, offered promo cards featuring Squirtle and Charmander (with unique artwork, but identical attacks to their standard counterparts). These, along with a Blue and Blastoise backdrop and cover, remain available. New missions, rewarding Event Shop Tickets, involve Wonder Pick participation and collecting Fire and Water-type cards. These missions are cumulative across both event parts, and the Bonus Pick also offers tickets, simplifying item acquisition. Daily logins are strongly advised, especially for those aiming to complete their collection of limited-edition promo cards, as trading these cards may not be possible.
