Get ready for Pokémon GO Fest 2025! Niantic is breaking tradition and announcing the dates early. This year's in-person events are slated for June, across three exciting locations.

Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Dates and Locations:

• Osaka, Japan: May 29 – June 1
• Jersey City, New Jersey, USA: June 6 – June 8
• Paris, France: June 13 – June 15

Tickets aren't on sale yet, but now's the time to plan your travel and PTO! Past events required selecting a specific day within the weekend window, so keep that in mind. A global event is expected later in June or early July, though no official dates have been released.

The US and Japan return as GO Fest hosts, while France takes the place of Spain from last year.

What to Expect:

While specific details are scarce, GO Fest typically features exciting Pokémon debuts (like last year's Necrozma and Fusion mechanic), increased Raid activity, special wild spawns, Shiny Pokémon releases, and other in-person bonuses. Expect more information to drop after the conclusion of the GO Tour: Unova in February 2025 (taking place in New Taipei City, Taiwan, and Los Angeles, California).
