How is your progress on this month's Go Pass? As you accumulate rewards, the completely normal event is scheduled to run in Pokémon Go between September 23rd and 27th. Despite the unassuming name, the event itself is far from ordinary.

The main attraction of the Completely Normal event is the debut of Dudunsparce, the evolved form of Dunsparce. You’ll finally be able to use 50 Dunsparce Candy to evolve into this peculiar yet cherished Land Snake Pokémon. Additionally, Ditto is once again causing a stir with new disguises appearing in the wild. This time, they’ll remain available even after the event concludes.

Of course, the event offers valuable bonuses. You’ll receive double Candy for catching Pokémon and double XP for evolving, making it an ideal opportunity to stock up on resources while advancing toward level goals. If you've been hoping for a Shiny Dunsparce, now is your chance as well, since both its Shiny rates and Ditto's appearance rates have been increased.

Wild encounters focus on the Normal-type theme, with Pokémon like Sentret, Buneary, Audino, and Dunsparce appearing more frequently. A $1.99 Timed Research option is also available, offering rewards such as Lucky Eggs, XP, and additional Dunsparce encounters. Combined with themed Field Research tasks and a new Collection Challenge that rewards lures, there is plenty to keep you engaged.
