While you're likely focused on tomorrow's Pokémon Go Wild Areas event in Nagasaki, Niantic is already planning ahead. They've just added a feathered friend to your November schedule. The upcoming Community Day will showcase Pikipek, the tiny Woodpecker Pokémon from Alola, on November 30th, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time.

It’s a straightforward event day. Pikipek will appear frequently everywhere, featuring the usual increased Shiny odds and even some with a special Tales of Transformation backdrop. Evolve Trumbeak during the event (or within four hours afterward) to get a Toucannon that knows Beak Blast. This move delivers 110 power in Trainer Battles and 125 in raids—quite impressive for a regional bird.

The bonuses follow the classic Community Day formula: triple XP, double Candy, and a higher Candy XL chance for trainers level 31 and above. Lures and Incense will last three hours, and trades will be cheaper and more abundant throughout the evening. If you're still hunting for perfect IVs or that elusive Shiny, the extended Lure Module bonus lasts until 9:00 PM, giving you extra time to gather resources.

A paid Special Research ticket is also available for around $1.99, offering additional Pikipek encounters (including more with the special background), some Rare Candy XL, and a Premium Battle Pass. For collectors, Niantic is releasing an Ultra Community Day Box on the Pokémon Go Web Store at the same price, packed with three Rare Candies and another research ticket.
