Peglin Update 1.0 Now Live Globally

Jan 18,25

TouchArcade Rating: Red Nexus Games' roguelike pachinko game, Peglin (Free), made its debut on Switch yesterday during the Nintendo Indie World showcase. This coincided with the game's 1.0 release on Steam. Following the Switch launch and a few hours later on Steam, the iOS and Android versions also reached version 1.0.

This significant update includes the final Cruciball levels (17-20), a new forest mini-boss, a new rare roundrel relic, extensive balance adjustments, revised dull peg mechanics, bestiary research rate changes, and much more. Check out the complete patch notes on the game's Steam news page.

While Peglin has reached version 1.0, more updates are planned. For those eager to play, you can find my iOS review from last year's launch here, and an interview with Red Nexus Games discussing the game, pricing, and more here. The mobile version is free-to-try and available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). It was previously featured as our Game of the Week. The game is also available on Steam and Switch. Join the discussion on our forum thread for further insights and feedback on the iOS version.
