In Destiny 2's annual Dawning event, players bake treats for NPCs using collected ingredients. While recipes often repeat, new ones occasionally appear. This guide explains how to craft the Neomun-Cake.

Neomun-Cake Ingredients

To bake a Neomun-Cake, you need:

• Vex Milk (from defeating Vex enemies)
• Dark Frosting (from defeating enemies using Stasis or Strand weapons/abilities)
• 15 Dawning Essence (earned through various in-game activities)

Dawning Essence is readily acquired through standard gameplay, weekly, and daily activities. For Vex Milk and Dark Frosting, equip Stasis or Strand weapons (abilities work too) and hunt Vex on Nessus (Lost Sectors are efficient). Strikes also yield Vex kills, but Nessus offers faster farming.

Crafting the Neomun-Cake

Once you've gathered the ingredients, open your inventory and select Eva Levante's Holiday Oven 2.4. Select the Neomun-Cake recipe to begin crafting.

The Dawning often involves delivering various baked goods to different NPCs. The Neomun-Cake is a requirement for quests like the Cookie Delivery Helper, which also includes older recipes like Lavender Ribbon Cookies.
