Mortal Kombat Mobile is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a massive update set to launch on March 25th. Warner Bros International and NetherRealm Studios are pulling out all the stops with new fighters, an overhaul of Faction Wars, a new challenge tower, and a plethora of anniversary rewards to commemorate a decade of intense, fast-paced kombat.

Celebrate 10 Years of Brutal, Fast-Paced Kombat!

The spotlight of this update shines on the introduction of MK1 Geras as a new diamond-tier fighter. Geras comes equipped with an arsenal of abilities, including power absorption, healing, and damage reflection. To unlock him, players will need to navigate through the Realm Klash rewards or progress through the Kombat Pass.

Joining Geras is Klassic Skarlet, the first gold-tier fighter that can be ascended to Level 5. Skarlet brings unblockable attacks, a new Gash debuff, and the ability to siphon blood droplets from opponents. She can be obtained via the Premium Plus Kombat Pass or the regular Kombat Pass.

Faction Wars is being reimagined as Realm Klash, where players can now select from five different realms and compete for Realm Points over two-week seasons, moving beyond the traditional fight for Blood Rubies.

In honor of the 10th Anniversary, Mortal Kombat Mobile introduces new ranks: Elder God, God, and Demi God. Additionally, Blood Ruby Packs now feature fresh Kameo offers alongside MK1 Geras rewards. The mode also receives a visual facelift, new banners, leaderboards, and patches for previous exploits.

New Challenges Await in the Mortal Kombat Mobile 10th Anniversary

The new Tower of Time challenges players with a two-week, limited-time event consisting of 50 floors. This tower introduces seven new pieces of Tower of Time equipment, and special Brutality equipment sets for MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras.

A Fusion Boost modifier enhances the lowest fused card in your team, ensuring a balanced gameplay experience. Alongside the new tower, the Klassic Tower, Dark Queen’s Tower, and Black Dragon Tower are making a triumphant return.

As part of the anniversary celebration, starting April 1st, players will receive a free copy of each character featured in the anniversary promo daily for 10 days. Additionally, three gold-tier fighters—Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke—are now eligible for ascension.
