Marvel is preparing to launch another Swimsuit Special comic, and it appears NetEase Games' Marvel Rivals will join the summer celebration with its own lineup of swimwear-inspired skins.

Information hinting at the possible arrival of long-anticipated Marvel Rivals swimsuit cosmetics was recently shared in an announcement on Marvel's official website. The post confirms that Marvel will revive its popular series on July 9 with the release of Marvel Swimsuit Special: Friends, Foes, and Rivals #1. The plot gives Earth’s Mightiest Heroes a well-deserved vacation from their world-saving duties, but more notably, Marvel hints that the issue will feature an exclusive preview of designs tied to Marvel Rivals.

“Roxxon Comics is back at it, publishing their own UNAUTHORIZED SWIMSUIT SPECIAL,” the Marvel Swimsuit Special description reads. “Wasp takes charge and turns the situation into a chance for Marvel's heroes to star in their very own global swimwear fashion shoot! Unfortunately, Marvel hasn't shared many specifics about the release date for these summer designs or which characters will be featured.
