Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree Release Date

Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree launches on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on April 17, 2025. The original December 2023 release date was understandably pushed back. However, developer Primal Game Studio maintained consistent communication with backers, even providing closed beta access, resulting in a largely positive reception. The game casts players into a battle against "Entropy," fighting to save a world slowly fading away. The success of this endeavor remains to be seen, given the game's grim and decaying setting.

Pre-orders are available now on Steam and the Epic Games Store, granting access to these bonuses:

It's important to note that while the Steam store page might suggest otherwise, there appear to be no Deluxe Edition-exclusive pre-order bonuses. Preview access is included regardless of the edition chosen.

Console Pre-Orders and Physical Release

Currently, console pre-orders for Mandragora are unavailable, though listings exist on respective storefronts. Pre-order options may become available closer to the April 17th release date. Console pre-order bonuses likely won't include preview access, given the PC-centric nature of the previews.

Regarding a physical release, a physical version for console and PC was offered exclusively through the Kickstarter campaign ($79). Unfortunately, this option is no longer available. The possibility of a wider physical release remains open, but for now, it’s unavailable.
