In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Lord Semine's wedding to Agnes faces a snag: his ceremonial sword has vanished. Your mission is to recover it.

Finding the Sword Thief

Radovan reveals the missing sword, a creation from the Hermit's Sword. He saw a man in yellow acting suspiciously. Investigating individuals in yellow yields clues; someone witnessed a yellow-clad man heading to the stable's upper level. There, you'll find Hans, romantically involved, but innocent. However, Hans reveals the true culprit: Svatya, the bailiff's son and the bride's brother. While Hans saw Svatya take the sword, he didn't follow him.

Confronting Svatya and the Sword's Location

Svatya is easily located near the musicians at the wedding. He confesses to stealing the sword to embarrass Old Semine, but his impulsive act has unforeseen consequences. He discarded the sword in a nearby pond.

Retrieving the Sword

The pond is accessible behind Radovan. The sword is visible in the water; retrieve it.

Returning the Sword and Completing the Quest

Return the sword to Radovan. You can either reveal Svatya's actions or simply focus on the sword's recovery. Once returned, the wedding commences. Complete any time-sensitive tasks before speaking to Radovan, then celebrate the nuptials and proceed with the main quest.
