Lilith Games and Farlight have launched a brand new ARPG

Lilith Games fans who've been feeling a bit of a drought in content can rejoice because the developer has taken a leap back into the genre that made their name with a new 2D ARPG. After their most recent release, AFK Journey took that particular franchise into the third dimension, this may be a welcome return to form for longtime fans as Heroic Alliance is out now on iOS and Android.

Heroic Alliance is exactly what you might expect from this genre. You recruit and slowly upgrade a collection of interesting and diverse heroes, take them on raids and fight bosses. Add onto that the ability to join guilds, climb a global leaderboard and fight in guild raids too, and it's pretty much the quintessential mobile RPG.

Not only that but for those sceptical about jumping into yet another gacha, they can rest easy knowing that Heroic Alliance promises generous rewards and hero summons. This means you shouldn't have any trouble building up your ideal lineup.

Allies to the end

As I said, if you're a big fan of Lilith Games' prior releases like AFK Arena, this is probably going to be quite an exciting launch. But if you're more intrigued by titles like AFK Journey, then this throwback to the 2D ARPG genre may not set your world alight. Either way, you can find Heroic Alliance available now on the iOS App Store and Google Play to give it a go for yourself.
