This sleek handheld boasts a lighter, more ergonomic design compared to its predecessor, eliminating the detachable controllers for a smoother, rounded form. While the Windows version is available for preorder now, a SteamOS variant will launch in May at a lower price point.

IGN's Jacqueline Thomas, after experiencing the Legion Go S at CES 2025, commented on its comfortable feel, despite the larger screen. The smooth, rounded edges and textured grips contribute to a secure and comfortable hold. She praised the vibrant 1200p LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, highlighting its clarity and brightness, even in a well-lit environment.
