The much-anticipated Alphadia III has officially launched today on Android for global players. As the third installment in the esteemed Alphadia series, it has been brought to life by publisher KEMCO and developer EXE CREATE, following its initial release in Japan last October.

What’s the Story in Alphadia III?

Set in the year 970 of the Alphadian calendar, Alphadia III plunges you into the climactic stages of the Energi War, a sprawling conflict centered around the enigmatic life force known as energi. The world is divided into three major powers locked in a struggle for supremacy: the Schwarzschild Empire in the north, the Nordsheim Kingdom to the west, and the Luminea Alliance in the east.

As the situation teeters on the brink of collapse, enter clone soldier Alfonso. His journey begins when a girl named Tarte arrives with news of a fellow clone's death, igniting a pivotal moment that sets him on a new path.

What’s the Gameplay Like?

Alphadia III retains the traditional turn-based combat system viewed from the side, rendered in a nostalgic pixel art style. The game introduces various systems, such as SP Skills, which charge during battles and can dramatically shift the tide of combat when used at the right moment.

Players can also utilize Arrays, battle formations or strategies that unlock as you progress, offering varied approaches to encounters. A fresh feature, the Energi Crock, allows you to convert surplus items into Energi Elements over time, which can then be traded for equipment or other valuable items at exchange shops.

Throughout your journey, you'll encounter factions like the peacekeeping alliance Deval and elite military units such as Rosenkreutz from Nordsheim. The game also features different energi clone models, with Nordsheim deploying the Berger Series and Schwarzschild utilizing the Delta Series.

In addition to the gripping main storyline, Alphadia III offers a wealth of side content and is optimized for controller use. You can purchase the full version for $7.99 on the Google Play Store, or opt for the freemium version on Android, which includes ads.
