This top isn't available for purchase; you'll need to embark on a small adventure. The quest requires you to show a boy the "Mark of Life" top.

The blueprint is hidden within a chest at a specific location (shown below).

Reaching the chest requires defeating several monsters. Pay close attention to the enemy with the button; it has a tough shield. Targeting its rear is the most effective strategy.
