Honor of Kings is launching its first global festive event, the Snow Carnival 2024, bringing a blizzard of new content for players. This winter wonderland update includes zero-cost purchase events, challenging new in-game hazards and enemies, and a gift-giving system to celebrate with friends.

The gameplay enhancements begin November 28th and run through January 8th. New enemies, the Snow Overlord and Snow Tyrant, debut on November 28th, introducing chilling slow and freeze effects. Starting December 12th, select heroes (Lady Zhen, Princess Frost, Zhuangzi, Dolia, Da Qiao, and Shi) gain enhanced ice-based abilities through stacked water skills.

Navigating the map will also become more treacherous. From November 28th to December 11th, Glacial Twists hazards appear in the jungle, hindering player movement. The Shadow Vanguard summons an ice path effect from December 12th to the 23rd, while a new ice sled, earned by defeating the river sprite, provides strategic mobility from December 24th to January 8th.

A Frosty Feast of Features

A special Zero Cost Purchase Event, running December 6th to January 8th, lets players claim a free item without spending tokens. Finally, a Gift Exchange event, active from December 24th to January 1st, allows players to exchange gifts with friends. Gift Opening continues from January 1st to the 4th, offering a potential legendary skin reward.
