Honkai: Star Rail's Eternal Holy City Okhema: A Comprehensive Treasure Guide

Okhema, the first area unlocked in Amphoreus, comprises Kephale Plaza and Marmoreal Palace. This guide details the location of all treasures within this expansive map, accessible after completing the latest Trailblaze Mission. The Herta's technique is invaluable for revealing hidden chests, while Topaz's Numby provides auditory cues.

Okhema boasts 33 Treasure Chests, 4 Golden Short Spears, 3 Spirithiefs, and 4 Golden Scapegoats. Blue markers indicate Golden Short Spears, purple denotes Spirithiefs, and yellow highlights Golden Scapegoats.

Kephale Plaza & Surrounding Areas:

1. North of Path of Parting Space Anchor, east of the open area.
2. Past the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor, to the east near a resting area.
3. Southeast of the previous location, near a breakable shield with a spear; requires rewinding the spear.
4. Beside the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor.
5. North through the small hallway, near crates.
6. Further north in the plaza, west of the dinosaur.
7. East of the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor, inside Chartonus Smithy.
8. North of Chartonus Smithy, at the end of the road.
9. Far west of the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor, behind two breakable shields.
10. Beside the previous chest, solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
11. North of the market, climb the right-hand steps.
12. Opposite the previous location, break the shield and rewind the Golden Short Spear to the second floor.
13. East of the ritual fountain, on the rooftop (a Spirithief will appear).
14. South at the end of the rooftop path.
15. Northwest of the previous chest, the final rooftop chest.

Marmoreal Palace & Surrounding Areas:

16. Southeast of the Marmoreal Palace Space Anchor, behind a breakable shield near the Dromas Stop.
17. East of the stairs, solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
18. Upwards towards the small bathing area, near a lounge chair.
19. Northeast, in the scroll-filled room, near the last cabinet.
20. Further northeast, in another bathing area, beside the long table.
21. North, inside the room with the bard and audience.
22. Beside the Hall of Respite Space Anchor.
23. Opposite the Hall of Respite Space Anchor, solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
24. In the private chamber, at the end of the balcony (Spirithief's chest).
25. South in the Overflowing Bath area, submerged in water.
26. Opposite the previous chest, also submerged.
27. Northeast, in the pool with the Dromas, beside the animal.
28. Beside a chair in the Overflowing Bath reception area.
29. Opposite the previous chest, break the shield and rewind the Golden Short Spear.
30. In the back room accessed while following the spear, atop a box.
31. Near the wall by the Court of Seasons Space Anchor.
32. In the south massage room, near the beds.
33. In the massage room, solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
34. South of the massage room, inside the storage room.
35. Northeast of the Court of Seasons Space Anchor, in the corridor.

37. Upwards, near a group of NPCs.
38. Left of the stairs leading to a banquet, beside a cushion.
39. South, behind a breakable shield.
40. Behind the elevator to the second floor.
41. East on the second floor, near Flying Amphora.
42. East of the Garden of Life Space Anchor, in a small private room.
43. In the pool north of the Hero’s Bath Space Anchor.
44. At the top of the swirling pillar, after rewinding the Golden Short Spear.
