Get ready, Honkai Impact 3rd fans! The v8.1 update, titled "Drumming in New Resolutions," is set to launch on February 20th, and it's packed with exciting new content. From new battlesuits and outfits to special anniversary rewards, there's plenty to look forward to.

Let’s Look at What’s New

Kiana returns with a bang in her new SD-type battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star. This fiery addition to the roster wields a long staff, delivering a 4-sequence attack that inflicts Fire DMG and accumulates Passion Marks for powerful AOE damage. Her recommended weapon and PRI-ARM enhance her fiery prowess, ensuring enemies feel the heat. Meanwhile, Herrscher of Human: Ego is also getting an upgrade with a new Divine Key, PRI-ARM, and stigmata set.

On the story front, Honkai Impact 3rd v8.1 delves deeper into Leylah's narrative. Following the Spring Festival dream crisis in v8.0, Kiana is back in the real world, teaming up with Rice Cake for a new mission from Theresa. This time, they're headed to the Moon Base for a festive celebration. Completing the interlude will reward you with Crystals, Source Prisms, and other valuable goodies.

Additionally, a fun board feature allows you to collect Yearly Chibis to build your team and earn shop tokens. These tokens can be exchanged for Crystals, Coralie's new outfit, and a variety of other rewards.

And Who Else Is Getting New Looks?

In addition to Coralie, Luna and Vita are also getting stylish new outfits. Luna's new look is available through spend bonuses, while Vita's outfit can be found in the Outfit Supply.

The anniversary rewards are another highlight of the update. Simply logging in daily for seven days will earn you a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Continue your login streak for another seven days post-update, and you'll receive Kiana's Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human's new Stigma Option, and 10 Equipment Supply Cards.

Between February 25th and March 4th, logging in will grant you an S-rank Battlesuit Option, Battlesuit Supply Cards, Crystals, and additional rewards. As a special thank-you, everyone will receive five Battlesuit Supply Cards when the update goes live.
