Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. After the cutscene, you'll regain control.

Locate the locked red-lit door. Use the hatchet from the mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie transformation of the mannequins. Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies await in the A.C.R. room.

The yellow card is held by a mannequin that transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility (grapple from the security desk). Answer the phone; you need to find four documents and place them in the file display.

While collecting the documents (desk corner, left side near round table, center table, cafe near sink), manage the pursuing mannequins by sprinting and exploiting their freeze reaction. Defeating the resulting Mangler Zombie yields the Green Card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that appears.

The Mimic's ability to disappear necessitates shooting moving objects to trigger its transformation. Once defeated, collect the Blue Card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card.

Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, and climb the ladders. Eliminate the zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight code.
