Kakao Games has teamed up with Short Story to drop an epic crossover event for their game. It’s Guardian Tales x Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, the beloved manga and anime. If you’re a fan of Frieren or just love pixelated adventures, you should check the collab out.

The Guardian Tales x Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End event is live now and runs until February 4th, 2025. Looks like the anime’s heroes are tackling an adventure that’s anything but familiar. Here’s the full scoop!

Guardian Tales x Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End

A twist of fate throws Frieren, Fern and Stark into a strange, pixelated world. So, you and your guardian skills have to help them find a way home. There are intense battles and unique weapons during the crossover event.

Stark is up for grabs as a reward during the event, while Frieren and Fern will be collectible during specific windows. You can grab Frieren between January 7th and February 4th, and Fern between January 21st and the event’s end.

The Loot Is Exciting!

During the Guardian Tales x Frieren event, you can trade 200 Special Pick Up Tickets for Collaboration Heroes or Collaboration Equipment.

Also, January is packed with in-game events to celebrate the crossover. From live activities to collecting key items, there are plenty of events. If you play your cards right, you can evolve Stark to a 5-star hero and fully max out his power.
