1. Locate Statue Heads: Two statue heads are required to initiate the process. These are found within the Dark Aether Nexus, hidden inside destructible wooden boxes. Use melee attacks to break the boxes and collect the heads. One box is near a palm tree in a corner of the Nexus (see image below), and the other is conveniently located near the Juggernog Perk Machine.

   

2. Repair the Roman Statues: Take the statue heads to the Dig Site area. Place each head on one of the two ruined Roman statues. One statue is near the Ammo Cache, and the other is closer to the Roman Mausoleum (where the Pack-a-Punch machine spawns).

3. Complete the Blood Sacrifices: After placing both heads, a "Blood Sacrifice" challenge will become available. This involves surviving waves of powerful High-Value Target (HVT) enemies (Shock Mimics and Doppelghasts). The challenge significantly reduces your health to 1 HP, making it crucial to have a Tier 3 vest and ample armor plates beforehand. The number of HVTs spawned depends on the number of players.

   

4. Solo Strategy: For solo players, utilizing a Mutant Injection to transform into a Mangler offers a significant advantage, rendering you invulnerable during the sacrifice. Time the injection activation to coincide with the challenge's start.

5. Co-op Strategy: In co-op, one player activates the Blood Sacrifice while another uses a Chopper Gunner from outside the Dig Site to eliminate the HVTs.
