First Glimpse of the Early Version of The Sinking City 2

A new teaser showcases core gameplay pillars: intense combat, atmospheric location exploration, and gripping investigations—all integral to this sequel's design. Note that the footage shown is pre-alpha; expect significant refinements to gameplay, graphics, and animations before launch.

This survival horror game serves as a direct continuation of the original, unfolding in the now-desolate city of Arkham. A supernatural flood has ravaged the city, transforming it into a terrifying haven for monstrous creatures.

To bolster development and reward fans, Frogwares has launched a Kickstarter campaign aiming to raise €100,000 (approximately $105,000). These funds will also support playtesting, ensuring the game is polished to perfection before release. The game is being built using Unreal Engine 5.

The Sinking City 2 is slated for release in 2025 on current-gen consoles (Xbox Series X|S, PS5) and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG).
