The much-anticipated game, The New Denpa Men, has now officially made its way to Android devices. Initially released in July 2024 for the Nintendo Switch, this title is brought to you by the developers and publishers at Genius Sonority. While the core gameplay remains consistent, there are notable differences between the mobile and Switch versions that enhance the gaming experience on each platform.

One of the standout features of The New Denpa Men on Android is its support for cross-platform play. If you’ve already invested time in capturing and battling Denpa Men on the Switch, you can seamlessly transfer your progress and continue your adventure on your mobile device.

The Android (and iOS) versions introduce a novel feature known as QR Catch, which allows you to scan QR codes in your vicinity to add new Denpa Men to your team. This replaces the Normal Catch feature found in the Switch version. However, some features like Together Catch and Offline Catch are exclusive to the Switch and not available on mobile.

Additionally, the Android version boasts a new feature called Voucher Collection. After battles, monsters drop vouchers called Akashi at random. Collecting these vouchers helps you complete your collection, and they can be gifted to friends or used strategically in battles.

Another exciting addition is the use of scarecrows. In the mobile version, you can summon monsters using scarecrows, which then fight alongside you, attacking enemies and healing your party. For a glimpse of these features in action, check out the game trailer below.
