All-Star Superman, frequently hailed as one of the greatest Superman stories ever told (including its spot on IGN's Top 25 list), is set to captivate fans once again. This time, DC and Penguin Random House are collaborating to transform the iconic comic into a full-cast audiobook.

Meghan Fitzmartin has taken on the task of adapting the original work by Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely. Frank Quitely has even contributed a fresh illustration for the audiobook's cover, which you can view below:

Set in a standalone universe, All-Star Superman follows Superman as he confronts his mortality after an incident where he flew too close to the sun. The narrative tracks Kal-El's journey as he shares his secret identity with Lois Lane and embarks on a series of superheroic feats inspired by the 12 Labors of Hercules, culminating in a final confrontation with his nemesis, Lex Luthor.
