Disney has announced an exciting event for fans: Destination D23: A Journey Around the Worlds of Disney. Tickets for this immersive experience will go on sale on April 14, 2025. The event is set to take place at Walt Disney World's Coronado Springs Resort from August 29 to 31, promising an unforgettable journey through the magic of Disney.

Attendees can look forward to exclusive presentations from the Walt Disney Archives and Walt Disney Studios, along with spectacular entertainment and sneak peeks into all the worlds of Disney. The event will also feature a variety of unique interactive activations and shopping experiences designed to delight every Disney enthusiast.

To secure your spot at Destination D23, you must be a D23 Gold Member when tickets go on sale at 10am PT/1pm ET on April 14. The D23 Gold Membership starts at $49.99 per year and offers numerous perks, including access to other exclusive events and special items. Higher membership tiers provide additional benefits, which you can explore in detail here.

General admission tickets are priced at $299, while a limited number of Preferred tickets at $549 and Premiere tickets at $799 will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. These higher-tier tickets include dedicated queues for reserved seating areas. D23 Gold Members can reserve a ticket for themselves and one guest.

The event itself promises over 25 specially curated presentations from across The Walt Disney Company, offering insights into the magic behind the scenes. Additionally, attendees can indulge in an exclusive D23 Shopping Spree, with coveted merchandise available at The Walt Disney Company Store, Mickey's of Glendale, Disney Studio Store Hollywood, and Ink & Paint Marketplace.

On August 30, all attendees are invited to celebrate 25 years of "The Emperor's New Groove" at the D23 Kuzcotopia Night at Typhoon Lagoon. The celebration continues on August 31 with the Disney '80s-'90s Celebration in Concert, featuring performances by Broadway and Disney Animation stars for a memorable evening.

Another highlight is "The Walt Disney Archives: Charting the Course, Disney Global Stories & Inspirations," which celebrates the diverse cultures that have inspired Disney's beloved experiences. This includes exhibits like Dwayne Johnson's Jungle Cruise costume, animation maquettes from "The Lion King" and "Mulan," and original puppets from EPCOT's Tapestry of Nations.

For those arriving early in Orlando, there are additional events to enjoy, including D23 Nights at Disney Springs and a special throwback premiere of "A Goofy Movie" on August 28.
