The developers at Sad Cat Studios previously announced a delay for Replaced to 2025, citing the game's development as a "unique challenge". Initially slated for a 2022 release, the game saw subsequent postponements to 2023 and then to last year. Despite these setbacks, Sad Cat remains committed to delivering a project that meets the high expectations set by the attention and excitement it has garnered from eager players around the world.
