Shadow Milk Cookie, a powerful Cookie drawing energy from another realm, utilizes his "Puppet Show" skill to target low-HP enemies, inflicting periodic damage culminating in a devastating Grand Finale that affects all enemies and applies Taint for increased damage. Even after defeat, he transforms into a Shadow Form, continuing his puppet attacks.

Candy Apple Cookie, wielding a giant lollipop, crushes enemies, reducing their attack and defense. The shattering lollipop creates HP Shields for allies and boosts their attack, while the shards further amplify enemy damage taken.

The Spire of Shadows storyline introduces Confusion and Distortion, increasing damage received but simultaneously bolstering Shadow Milk and Candy Apple Cookies. The Domain of Deceit effect on certain stages further reduces damage to these Cookies, adding strategic complexity.
