Guide to Congratulating Newlyweds in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Aug 10,25

Some quest objectives in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 appear straightforward but can be tricky without clear directions. To complete the "Wedding Crashers" main quest, you must locate and congratulate the newlyweds.

Locating the Newlyweds in Wedding Crashers

When it’s clear Otto von Bergow won’t attend Lord Semine’s wedding, you need to conclude the "Wedding Crashers" quest by finding the newlyweds to offer congratulations. However, tracking down Agnes and Lord Semine during the celebration can prove challenging.

Complete any side tasks at the wedding before speaking with Agnes, as your conversation with her triggers the quest’s conclusion, leading you to Trosky Castle. Most optional wedding activities occur before the ceremony, so you should be prepared by this point.

You can ask party-goers about the newlyweds’ whereabouts, but they offer no useful information, so feel free to skip this step. Instead, head directly to Agnes’ location. If you previously took schnapps from the wine cellar, finding her will be straightforward.

Head to the main building. Near the stairs, a group is chatting, and opposite them, a guard stands by a door leading to the wine cellar. Inside, you’ll find Agnes alone, visibly upset, as the wedding hasn’t gone as she hoped.

When speaking with Agnes, your dialogue choices don’t significantly impact the outcome, but you must select the option to congratulate the newlyweds. You discover that her husband, Olda, has already left without her, a recurring habit. Later quests may involve aligning with Semine or Hashek based on your future decisions.

Regardless of your conversation with Agnes, a man stumbles into the cellar, sparking a chaotic brawl throughout the wedding. You can either wait in the cellar until the time expires or join the fight and take on anyone nearby. The quest concludes the same way, transitioning to a cutscene where Henry and Hans are imprisoned at Trosky Castle.

That’s how to congratulate the newlyweds in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Next, prepare for the "For Whom the Bell Tolls" quest, where completing tasks within a time limit boosts your reputation, adding pressure to perform swiftly.
