Clash Royale has finally rolled out a major improvement for the Inferno Dragon. Nearly a decade after its initial launch without an Evolution feature, the fire-breathing Legendary card gets a significant power boost. To commemorate this milestone, Supercell teamed up with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special announcement.

The Inferno Dragon's evolved form revolutionizes its combat effectiveness. Unlike the original version that reset damage when changing targets, the upgraded model maintains its damage buildup for devastating results.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Ignites New Clash Royale Season

The upcoming season, titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution and revives the 2v2 League. Players can partner with friends or random allies to climb the ranks.

Starting from Arena 7, Milestone Events offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics.

Crown Chase #1 awards a Battle Banner with frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To highlight the new Evolution cards, developers have planned multiple Game Modes and Challenges through June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) offering a Battle Banner and Emote.

Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) permits up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio follows (June 16-23), then 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30). Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) lets players use up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
