Understanding Legacy XP Tokens in Black Ops 6

Following the Season 01 update for Black Ops 6 and Warzone, many players discovered a surplus of previously unseen XP tokens. While initially usable in Black Ops 6 for boosting XP, Weapon XP, and Battle Pass progression, a November 15th update resolved an issue that allowed this functionality.

These Legacy XP Tokens represent unused tokens carried over from previous CoD titles accessible through the COD HQ app, such as Modern Warfare II, Modern Warfare III, or Warzone. These tokens were obtainable through various means, including DMZ Missions, Battle Pass Tiers, and promotions with brands like Little Caesar's and Monster Energy. Any tokens earned in these games remain available for use in Warzone.

Using Warzone XP Tokens in Black Ops 6

At the Season 01 launch, players could activate their Warzone Legacy XP Tokens directly within Black Ops 6. However, this was temporarily disabled.
