Acram Digital has launched the mobile beta for its upcoming solo strategy title, Dawnmaker. Originally released on PC in 2024 by developer Arpentor Studio, the game is now being brought to mobile by Acram Digital, the publisher behind Stone Age and Concordia Digital Edition.

Invitations for the Dawnmaker mobile beta have been distributed to interested players. Please note that participation is limited to a select group of testers for this phase. Those chosen will find all necessary instructions in their email, covering how to download the build and begin the initial campaign.

Following the beta, the development team will refine Dawnmaker based on player feedback before its official launch. In the meantime, you can pre-register for the mobile version if you are not selected for the beta test.

What’s the game like?

The game is set on the continent of Heksiga, a land consumed by a poisonous Smog. Your objective is to relight ancient lighthouses and restore structures, a process that repels the Smog and reclaims valuable space for construction.

Dawnmaker combines turn-based strategy, city building, and deck-building mechanics. Expanding your city unlocks new cards, and their synergy with existing buildings can significantly alter the efficiency of your gameplay.

The map requires thoughtful, puzzle-like planning, where strategic tile placement and long-term cohesion are as crucial as immediate gains. Each tile, card, and structure must be placed deliberately, as mistakes become costly within the limited usable area.

As your settlements develop, you’ll manage farming, industry, scientific research, and the production of a rare resource called Eclairium. The lighthouse serves as the central focus of each playthrough. Advancing through Heksiga also involves uncovering remnants of the old Empire to recover lost technologies.

You can find the game on the Google Play Store. It is scheduled for mobile release on December 18th, priced at $8.99.
