Effortlessly plan your travels with ØstfoldReise! This app simplifies finding transportation in Østfold, Oslo, and surrounding counties using buses, trams, metros, ferries, and trains. View journey summaries, walking distances, and stops directly on a map.
Key Features:
- One-Click Travel: Save frequently used addresses and stops for quick travel planning.
- Convenient Widgets: View departure times and saved journeys (My Places) without opening the app.
- Journey Alerts: Save planned journeys and receive departure reminders.
- Travel Mode Filtering: Choose your preferred transport method (bus, train, etc.).
For optimal performance, ØstfoldReise requires access to certain phone features. While you can disable these, some features will be unavailable. Access can be managed in your phone's settings.
Permissions Requested:
- Location: Used to locate nearby stops, display your location on the map, prioritize search results based on proximity, and plan routes to/from your current location. Searching for stops and addresses remains possible even with location services off.
- Mobile Data: An internet connection (mobile data or Wi-Fi) is needed for full app functionality.
- Calendars: Required for adding journeys to your calendar.
