Important Notice: Please Read Carefully!

Due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips embedded in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored directly in the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to add tickets to your card.

The electronic purse feature allows you to select and record (purchase) a specific amount onto your card.

Our app supports over 90 types of tickets, encompassing all existing ticket varieties, including those for MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (including students).

To reserve funds, simply enter your payment card details within the app. Rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us, ensuring your safety.

Remember to hold your Troika card against the NFC antenna of your device. Consult your device's user manual to find the exact location of the antenna.

Funds are only charged from your payment card once the newly purchased ticket has been successfully written to your Troika card.
