• Outstanding trust payment
• No balance top-up since number activation
• Starting balance not yet used
• SIM card replaced within the last 24 hours

Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and school cards. For other preferential cards, visit a company office with supporting documentation.

Top up your virtual card using your card number directly in the app, or via other platforms like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).
