The TFA Registry app revolutionizes how attendance is recorded for the TFA Unicas course, specifically designed for the active training internship in support. By leveraging the geolocation capabilities of your smartphone, the app streamlines the process of attendance tracking, enhancing the efficiency of both outflow management and the overall learning experience.
With the TFA Registry app, learners can effortlessly clock in using their mobile devices. This user-friendly feature allows for immediate verification of the time and status of each attendance stamp, ensuring accuracy and convenience.
The app adheres strictly to privacy regulations set by the Guarantor. Geolocation is activated only at the moment a learner chooses to clock in, and the GPS is promptly deactivated afterward. Additionally, learners have the option to verify the status of geolocation directly within the app or through their device settings, providing an extra layer of control and privacy.
When the app is not actively in use, no tracking of movements occurs. Furthermore, any data stored on the learner's device remains confidential and is neither shared nor processed, whether the app is in use or not, ensuring complete data protection and privacy.
