Diagnose Opel/Vauxhall/Chevrolet OBDII Errors with ELM327BT
The OPL DRC Reader app is designed to read OBDII Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) in Opel, Vauxhall, and Chevrolet vehicles with CAN BUS (HS-CAN) manufactured after 2004. Currently supported vehicles include:
- Opel/Vauxhall: Insignia, Astra J, Astra H (Engine Module Only), Vectra C/Signum (Engine Module Only). Other models are untested.
- Chevrolet: Orlando, Cruze. Other models are untested.
- Other GM brands: Untested.
The app displays VIN, engine code, and error codes from the Engine Control Module (ECU), Body Control Module (BCM), and Transmission Control Module (TCM). Mileage retrieval from certain modules is also supported (vehicle dependent).
Important Note: A compatible ELM327 Bluetooth interface (version 1.3 or higher) is required for proper operation. The app may not function correctly with low-quality ELM327 clones.
